Suns Improve to 35-17; Timberwolves Fall to 20-32
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Bradley Beal caught fire from beyond the arc, hitting all six of his three-point attempts en route to a 36-point outing, leading the Phoenix Suns to a 125-106 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night.
Beal's sharpshooting was a key factor in the Suns' success, as they shot 50% from the field, including 42.9% from three-point range. Meanwhile, the Timberwolves struggled offensively, shooting just 40.8% from the field and 28.6% from downtown.
In addition to Beal's performance, Deandre Ayton added 22 points and 12 rebounds for the Suns, while Devin Booker chipped in with 20 points.
The victory improves the Suns' record to 35-17, while the Timberwolves fall to 20-32. The Suns will be back in action on Sunday when they travel to face the Denver Nuggets, while the Timberwolves will host the Golden State Warriors on Monday.
